We are located on the tropical paradise of Mersea Island in Essex.

Where do D&A Tailored Catering deliver to?

We offer free delivery every day on Mersea Island. We also deliver to Colchester free of charge on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Deliveries on other days can be made for a small fee. There is also the option of free any day collection

Where is the food made?

It depends on the event, it will either be done onsite at the event / venue or in our state of the art 5* rated commercial kitchen.

Can you make for customers with allergies?

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

What times are shop deliveries?

All deliveries are made between 11am and 2pm. Unfortunately we cannot be more specific than this time window due to how large our deliver area is, and the amount of deliveries going out on any one day. If timings are an issue then you are more than welcome to collect at time that is convenient for you. Collections will be ready from 10am

Are your products gluten free?

We have a wide verity of Gluten Free products available. We take allergies very seriously and every precautions is taken to reduce the risk of cross contamination. We have a specific mixer dedicated solely to gluten free mixes and is actually kept and used in our second kitchen with is a gluten free environment, allowing us to offer our baking services to even the most severe celiac sufferers.
